• Underfunded orphanages unable to properly feed their residents.

• Public schools lacking essential supplies to offer a decent learning environment.

• Families unable to afford basic medical care.

• Children sent home from school because they cannot pay tuition fees.

• Apprentices expelled from training centers for non-payment of fees.

• Limited access to the internet due to high costs, hindering education and opportunities.

• A complete lack of knowledge about Bitcoin, despite its potential to bring financial freedom.

• Almost no transparency mechanisms in local small-scale humanitarian actions, reducing trust and impact.

These realities perpetuate a cycle of poverty and vulnerability that is difficult to break.

Hope With Bitcoin offers a human-centered, innovative, and fully transparent approach to addressing the challenges faced in Benin. Our work is carried out through several essential pillars:

Feeding the most vulnerable : We provide meals to children living on the streets, impoverished families, the elderly, and anyone in a situation of extreme hardship.

Supporting orphanage : We supply food, essential goods, and offer human presence through visits, shared moments, and encouragement.

 Assisting the sick : We help purchase medications, cover part of essential medical care, and intervene in emergencies when needed.

 Supporting public schools and apprentices

Distribution of school supplies and photocopies to students.

Moral and material support to struggling public schools.

Assistance to apprentices to prevent expulsion: covering training fees, food support, and guidance to help them continue their learning.

Facilitating affordable internet access so learners can research and improve their education.

 Promoting Bitcoin & Nostr
We spread awareness about Bitcoin and Nostr through:

Simple and accessible education,

Paying selected vendors in Bitcoin to demonstrate its real-life usefulness.

Hope With Bitcoin was born on an ordinary Sunday, on the beach of Cotonou.

That day, Audel, the founder, noticed children standing still, pretending to be living statues to earn a few coins… just enough to hope for a meal.

Those images created a shock — followed by a deep conviction:

“No child should have to survive like this. No parent should watch their child struggle just to eat.”

At that moment, an idea became clear:
use Bitcoin to help the forgotten — quickly, directly, and with full transparency.

And on January 8, 2025, Hope With Bitcoin became a reality.

Strategic Action Plan (2026 – 2030+)

Our roadmap is ambitious but realistic, structured to maximize our impact and ensure sustainability.

 PHASE 1: Year 2026

The Year of Financial Autonomy and Outreach
2026 will be a decisive year for Hope With Bitcoin. We will simultaneously build our economic independence, increase our visibility, and maintain our humanitarian impact.

A. Income-Generating Activities

Integrated Livestock & Agriculture Project ( In a small space.)

Our immediate priority for 2026 is developing a project combining livestock and agriculture to generate regular and sustainable income:

Livestock Component:

• Raising chickens for meat production
• Sustainable and animal-friendly management

Agriculture Component:

• Growing vegetables and tubers for food and sale
• Sustainable farming techniques adapted to the local climate

Livestock-Agriculture Synergy:

• Using animal manure as natural fertilizer
• Partial food self-sufficiency for animals
• Reduced operational costs
• Maximized profitability

Goal: Generate stable income by the 7th month to finance a significant portion of our humanitarian actions.

Future Developments:

Once the Hope With Bitcoin Community Center is established, we will gradually integrate:

• Bitcoin Wi-Fi Zone: Public space with internet access payable in satoshis, educating the community while generating income
• Mini-Café: Bitcoin-accepting establishment, serving as a community hub and additional income source
• Bitcoin Library: Free educational resources for the community

These infrastructures will create a fully sustainable ecosystem combining financial autonomy and Bitcoin education.

B. International Outreach: Bitcoin Conferences

We have listed nearly all major Bitcoin conferences for 2026. We would be honored to represent Hope With Bitcoin at one of these events to showcase our project to the international community, and we are counting on you to make this possible.

Beyond international conferences, we will attend all Bitcoin events in Benin and, if financially feasible, participate in events in nearby countries (Togo, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Ghana).

Organizing a major Bitcoin Pizza Day event in Cotonou or a local orphanage, including:

• Q&A sessions with the community

Goal: Educate the local community about Bitcoin in a festive and memorable way, creating an annual tradition.

D. Monthly Educational Program with Children

12 sessions per year (one per month) to create a deep and lasting educational impact:

In 2026, humanitarian support will be limited to urgent cases only, as our priority is financial autonomy. However, three programs will continue to ensure sustained impact:

• Educational supplies for partner schools and orphanages

1. Christmas Program 2026 (Dec 2026)

• Major festive event for orphanages
• Distribution of meals, gifts, and joyful moments

1. Quarterly Food Supplies to Orphanages

• 4 food deliveries throughout 2026, one per quarter, for consistent support:

Beneficiaries: Cité des Anges, Good Tree, Cité de l’Espoir orphanages, and other identified facilities.

Emergency Aid:
Outside of these planned programs, an emergency fund will cover:

• Urgent medical interventions

• Emergency school support (unexpected tuition fees)

Goal: Maintain our core humanitarian mission while reducing dependency on donations, as we actively build financial autonomy.

Community Development and Pan-African Expansion
